Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and spacious with a nice balcony and sea view. Bathroom was also the nicest I have seen in a long time, very modern and spacious with a bath and shower.
Room service was overpriced and the decor of the bedroom could do with being modernised but overall no complaints about the hotel.

A lovely relaxing hotel, my first choice in Burntisland. Nice food, efficient service and lovely view of the gardens and sea. Fantastic friendly staff and altogether a relaxing experience. Sensational breakfast, new-fashioned family suite. Free parking on site provided. Family ambiance in a central setting. Greatly enjoyed such beautiful area.
Very compact bathroom.

The family was two rooms joined by a small hallway connecting with the en suite bathroom.
The location was more remote than we thought, and the best choice for dinner was the hotel dining room, which was on the expensive side. This hotel was okay for our family for one night, but not for longer.

Very friendly welcome. We arrived quite late but dinner was served quickly and efficiently - food was excellent. A pleasant room with a lovely outlook.
It was on a busy main road. The website and photos are deceptive. It is on a main road and there is little space outside to walk around.

Clean room, welcoming staff, good breakfast.
Rather dated and partner struggled up stairs with suitcase as no lift. Would recommend this hotel to some but not all friends.

Our stay in the double room with a sea view was so relaxing! The view from our balcony was breathtaking at sunrise 🌅. Just wish the bathroom was a tad more accessible.

Friendly and helpful staff, good plain food, location good to explore the Neuk of Fife and Edinburgh. Our bed was a fourposter! Ancient times alive.
Floor cracks a lot, noisy.
